Envoke
Envoke first spawned back in January of 2005. Starting a band at 12 was not going to be an easy start. After a year of working and throwing around band members, the band released their debut, self-titled EP. However the EP did not get such a great response from people. It was another half a year until the band took a very big change.
The band lost their original bassist. This left Donnie Craig as the only remaining founding member. Together with Daanish Butt, Donnie Craig found a new bassist, Chris Browne and decided to keep the band as a three man line up.
The three man band then released their second EP, the In Your Eyes EP, and there was a very big hype over the music that had been released. Aswell as plays on the radio, Envoke also found their popularity soaring. After the relase of the EP, the band began to experiment with different styles of music.
In November 2006, the last member, Ben Sullivan, joined the band as a guitarist to back up Donnie Craig. The band was now becoming ever more popular, and due to great demand the band were put under pressure to scrap the idea of an EP and write an album, as people wanted to here lots more of the band.
Envoke are one of the more successful young bands that you could find. After lots of hard work, internet promotion and more, Envoke have been developing themselves as one of the bands who could make it big.
