Bridges of Light
Bridges Of Light was started in the summer of 2008 by four friends from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada. Jason Moon formed the group to jam some of his original songs that had fallen through the cracks during the decade before - years in which he was writing and recording with Idle Thoughts, Fresh Oil Opus, Slipshod Angels, and releasing a solo album to boot!
Interestingly, the four members are all Shakespearean actors that have worked together in various productions. Once they started jamming and talking about their other shared interests in philosophy, consciousness, and chicken wings, all four members - Jason Moon, Ian Dickson, Trent Brewster, and Lee Raymond - were inspired to start writing songs. This led of course to the recording of their first album, "Live For What's Beautiful", released January of 2009.
Currently the band is in rehearsal, getting ready to play it's first ever live dates.
