BlockBastards
BlockBastards - formed in Sweden, Stockholm, 1998 as a result of simple love for music, frustration 'n dissapointment in music scene of today. This is a union of four guys who refuged the horror of war in Bosnia & Herzegovina...the "real" refuge was found in music...in BlockBastards.
Together, as familia, we started raising hell in Stockholm underground scene where we delivered the whole bunch of high energetic live shows (mostely club gigs), and distributed our music on the Net at the same time as we gave our demo tapes to everybody - for free, with intentions to spread the word and increase the number of BlockBastard familia crowd.
The simple line up of drums, bass and two guitars makes it a lot easier to deliver loud and attitude based music with a lot of heart in it...no bullshit, just pure stuff. Lyrics are just the result of our view on everyday human events, and things like politics, conflicts, byrocracy, life struggle, hard work, ideals, instincts, love issues 'n so on...
